Welcome to PRJTÐI3VËRSØN. By placing an order on www.PRJTDIVERSION.com (the "Site"), you agree to the following shipping policies. Please review them carefully before making a purchase.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

We offer two types of order fulfillment:

A. Print-on-Demand Orders

✔ Processing Time: 1 business day
✔ Shipping Time: 1-2 business days
✔ Estimated Delivery: 2-3 business days from order placement

Print-on-demand items are produced upon order confirmation and shipped as soon as they are ready.

B. Preorder Items

✔ Preorders are made-to-order and require extended production times.
✔ Processing & Production: Can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 months depending on item complexity and demand.
✔ Shipping Time: Varies based on location and shipping carrier
✔ Estimated Delivery: After production is completed

By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge and accept that you are prepared to wait for the full production period.

2. ORDER TRACKING

✔ Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
✔ You can track your order through the carrier’s website.

For preorders, tracking will only become available after production is complete and the item has shipped.

3. LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

🚨 We are NOT responsible for:
❌ Packages marked "delivered" by the carrier but not received.
❌ Delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues.
❌ Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer.

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

4. ADDRESS CHANGES & ORDER MODIFICATIONS

✔ If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at prjtdiversion@gmail.com.
✔ Address changes can only be made before the order ships.
✔ PRJTÐI3VËRSØN is not responsible for undelivered orders due to incorrect addresses.

For preorders, you may request an address change up until the item is ready for shipment.

5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

✔ International shipping may be subject to customs fees, duties, and import taxes.
✔ PRJTÐI3VËRSØN is not responsible for any customs-related charges—these are the buyer’s responsibility.
✔ Customs processing can delay delivery beyond the estimated timeframe.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order.

6. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & CHARGEBACKS

🚫 ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
✔ No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted once an order is placed.
✔ Preorders cannot be canceled once production begins.
✔ Chargebacks are NOT allowed. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Any chargeback attempt will be disputed with proof of agreement to our policies.
